Leo is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a degree in finance. Leo obtained his Chartered Financial Consultant
Designation(ChFC) and his Chartered Life Underwriter Designation (CLU) from The American College. Leo has been with the
agency in various capacities since 1985. Along with his duties as president, Leo's area of experience is in Retirement and
Estate planning. With respect to the financial services division, Leo feels that our clients do business with us because we
provide common sense solutions to complex issues. Anyone can sell products. Leo focuses on the needs of the client first.
